Scope's integrated publishing support services include:
- Typesetting author manuscripts into PDF to be reviewed by authors
Scope can handle any type of typesetting work of manuscript coming in different formats like word, latex, PDF etc. We also provide graphic enhancement by working on the figures provided by the publishers or authors, by re-labeling or re-drawing of figures.
- Interaction with the authors
Scope has developed a proprietary author interaction tool, where the authors can automatically download or upload the files, with provision for automatic reminders. We also help authors ensure that the proofs are in line with the house style of the publisher, by asking suitable queries to the authors.
- Production of online PDF proof
Scope can produce high-quality PDFs of articles, suitable for online publishing with impeccable image quality. We have converted the manuscripts of many complex STM journal articles and books, involving complex equations, tables, graphs, images, computer programs and genetic codes to the complete satisfaction of authors and publishers.
- Converting PDF into HTML and XML
Scope has the expertise to convert the PDF into HTML and XML, and can handle any complex or customized DTDs and schemas of the publishers. We helped a STM publisher to successfully post all his articles in PubMed, by enabling him to meet all the stringent requirements.

Scope prepares a detailed production plan to meet the exacting deadlines of our publishing clients and sets up a dedicated team who are trained in the production guidelines of each publisher. Scope uses internally developed tools to expedite the interaction process with the authors and publishers.
Scope also uses advanced typesetting software like Latex, QuarkXPress, InDesign, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Illustrator, UltraEdit, etc.
