Data Integrity

• Backup Servers, password and limited access to data.
• Business sensitive data is accessed only by authorized persons for official purposes only.

Confidentiality

• Every employee undergoes a thorough background check.
• Employees must sign a legally enforceable secrecy agreement prior to joining the company.

Conflicts of Interest

• Employees must disclose any conflict of interest they may have.
• Clients in similar business lines do not have the same employee assigned to their work.
• Employees are asked to sign confidentiality agreements

Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery

• Multiple levels of redundancy built in to address disaster recovery
• Business Continuity Plans for each client
